Update - Western Mass Shooting: Infant Dies Shortly After Birth, Mom In Critical Condition
This story has been updated. An infant died shortly after being delivered following a Hampden County shooting just before 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4 in in Holyoke at the intersection of Maple and Sargeant Streets. A pregnant woman was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition. The infant, who was delivered, and needed life-saving medical services, tragically died, according to the Hampden District Attorney’s Office, All involved suspects are believed to have been identified and transported to nearby hospitals and are in custody, the DA's Offoce said. …

Late Night Shooting Near Cambridge Park Under Investigation: Police
Multiple bullet casings have been recovered through an investigation into a shooting, officials say. Gunshots were reported in the area of Harvard Street near Green-Rose Heritage Park on Sunday, May 7 around 11:24 p.m., according to the Cambridge Police Department. Police have recovered multiple shell casings from the area. Late last night, the Cambridge Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation for gunshots near Greene-Rose Heritage Park. Man Found Shot To Death In Boston: Police
Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a Boston neighborhood. Police responded to a Shot Spotter activation in the area of 20 Kensington Street in Roxbury around 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, Boston Police report. Upon arrival, officers found an unknown man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene, police said. The investigation is ongoing. Judge Hands Down $30K Bail For Leominster Man Accused Of Shooting Into Boston Homes: DA
A Boston judge gave a Leominster man accused of firing a gun and hitting homes in Dorchester a $30,000 bail on Tuesday, Oct. 25, authorities said. Yulial Cuello-Reynoso, 31, is charged with one count of illegal possession of ammunition from the shooting on Monday where bullets hit homes and vehicles on Quincy Street, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. Cambridge Police are investigating after gunshots were heard in broad daylight near a playground in the city. Police responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Market and Bristol Streets around 1:18 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, Cambridge Police said on Twitter. This is in the same area as Arthur J. Two Teenagers Injured From Separate Shootings In Central Mass, Police Say
Two teenagers were hospitalized in two separate shootings that happened over the weekend in Worcester, authorities said. First, a 15-year-old boy was shot on Vernon Street around 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, Worcester Police said. He was taken to a local hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
