A Salvadoran man, who was recently found guilty of possession of child sexual abuse material in Everett, has been arrested by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston. The 41-year-old from El Salvador was first arrested in Everett in September 2021 after illegally entering the United States, federal officials said. Sex Offender Busted Grooming Boston Minor He Met Online: Police
A convicted sex offender from Illinois was arrested after he groomed a 16-year-old Boston girl over the past year into having sex with him, authorities said. Weston Opas, age 42, of Glenview, Illinois, was charged with grooming and having sex with the 16-year-old girl in Boston over the past year, authorities in Illinois said. A pre-teen girl who shared her experiences of repeatedly being molested by her 50-year-old stepfather helped him get the maximum allowable sentence, according to officials. A Natick Police Sergeant has pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent assault and battery in connection with inappropriately touching a 28-year-old female dispatcher, authorities said. Sgt. A Massachusetts man charged with molesting a young boy for several years reached a deal with prosecutors in New Hampshire to serve 14 years in prison, authorities said.
