A West Virginia college student who claimed to be a serial killer allegedly stalked his Pennsylvania neighbor and threatened to dismember her, authorities announced on Saturday, March 15. Dylan Bish, 19, was arrested on Wednesday, March 13, after a months-long investigation into disturbing threats made against a woman in the 3300 block of 3rd Avenue in Koppel, Beaver County police said. New details are shedding light on the lengths that accused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann went to in hopes of getting away with his alleged murder spree.
