It took firefighters more than 15 minutes to cut a 55-year-old woman from her car after she collided nearly head-on with a cement truck in Essex County Monday afternoon, Aug. 28. Ipswich police and firefighters were called to 282 High Street (Route 1A) around 2:15 p.m. to reports of the crash. East Boston Man, 44, Killed In Motorcycle Crash On Route 1A In Revere: Police
A 44-year-old man from East Boston has died in a motorcycle crash in Revere this week, according to authorities. State Troopers responded to the crash on North Shore Road (Route 1A) at Agawam Street around 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, Massachusetts State Police Spokesperson Dave Procopio reports. Initial investigation suggested that the motorcycle operator, identified as Juan Alvarez, lost control of his vehicle and potentially crashed into the guardrail. Driver Flown To Boston Hospital Following Head-On Collision In Essex County: Police
A recent head-on collision involving two cars sent multiple people to the hospital, authorities said. Emergency crews responded to the crash in the area of Route 1A by Wenham Lake around 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8, Wenham Police said. Initial investigation revealed a 2006 GMC Sierra traveling southbound crossed the center line and hit a 2007 Toyota Corolla head-on, according to police.
