Driver Who Dragged Trooper During Western Mass Traffic Stop ID'd: Cops A 45-year-old Franklin County man was tracked down by police dogs Friday evening, Sept. 22, after authorities say he dragged a trooper with his car in what began as a routine traffic stop.  Michael J. Car Crash Into Home Leads To Arrest Of Man Wanted By Central Mass Police A 46-year-old man from New Hampshire, who was wanted by police in Central Massachusetts, was apprehended after he crashed his car into a home this weekend, according to authorities.  Dennis Legere, of Mason, NH, was arrested and charged after he allegedly fled a traffic stop and crashed into a Townsend home just before 5 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, Townsend Police Chief James Sartell reports.  The crash came after an officer tried pulling over a gray 2021 Buick Encore, driven by Legere, that was speeding near the Lunenburg line. Police learned that the car had crashed in…

Intoxicated Dracut Driver Charged After Slamming Truck Into Cruiser: Police An 42-year-old Dracut man is facing several charges after he allegedly got behind the wheel of his vehicle while intoxicated and crashed into a police cruiser this week, authorities said.
