A budget airline from Iceland is ending all of its flights to the US, including routes at three Northeast airports. Play Airlines announced the end of US service in a news release on Monday, June 9. While it had already cut back on North American flights, the airline still flew to three US cities: Baltimore, Boston, and Newburgh, New York. The US routes will officially end in October. New Update: Vehicle Of 4 US Army Soldiers Presumed Dead Found Submerged In Water
This story has been updated. The armored vehicle of four US Army soldiers feared dead after going missing during a tactical training exercise in Lithuania has been found submerged in a body water. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told reporters Wednesday afternoon, March 26, in Poland that the four had died, but that there were no details yet surrounding the circumstances. The vehicle they were operating was an M88 Hercules armored recovery vehicle. The family of a man who reinvigorated Boston’s opera scene claims he would still be alive if he was not trapped inside an elevator while being taken to a nearby hospital two years ago. Hilary Kulunis filed a negligence lawsuit saying her father Randall Kulunis suffered a “medical emergency” at his second-floor apartment at 533 Cambridge Street in Boston on May 27, 2020. While first responders were bringing Kulunis down the elevator to the hospital, the elevator got stuck for approximately 30 minutes, the lawsuit said.
