A woman has been charged with reckless driving after being accused of driving 115 miles per hour on a busy Connecticut highway. At about 4:40 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, a Connecticut State Police trooper in Windham County assigned to Troop D in Danielson was conducting speed enforcement along I-395 southbound in the area of exit 50 in Thompson. DUI Arrest: Man Nabbed After Driving Past Cops In CT, Police Say
A Massachusetts man was arrested in Connecticut after he failed to move over for a police vehicle, leading the authorities to believe he was intoxicated. It happened at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 12 in the Windham County town of Killingly, according to Connecticut State Police. Troopers on I-395 northbound near Exit 38 were walking back to their car following a traffic stop when a Ford Explorer zoomed past them without moving over a lane or slowing down.
