A nine-month-old child was left wearing a full body and neck brace 24 hours a day because of a single-car crash that sent his sister flying 50 feet from the vehicle, critically injured his mother, and led to the death of the car's driver. A Middlesex County member of a violent street gang that police say is responsible for several drug overdoses was sentenced to 10 years behind bars, authorities said. Vando Gvozdarevic, 30, of Chelmsford, pleaded guilty last year to possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and 40 grams or more of fentanyl and was sentenced on Wednesday, March 15, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.
