80-year-old Nancy Holbrook Was Killed In The Blaze A malfunctioning refrigerator is to blame for a four-alarm fire that killed an 80-year-old woman and destroyed a home in Georgetown over the weekend, investigators said.  Firefighters were called to the 238 East Main St. home just before 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 22. Three people escaped the flames, but Nancy Holbrook was trapped inside, the State Fire Marshal's Office said.
