New information has emerged on the 20-year-old college student from Connecticut who was shot and killed while trying to enter the wrong house near the campus of the University of South Carolina. Nicholas Donofrio's LinkedIn profile says he was a junior studying exercise science, and transferred to the university in 2022, after playing basketball as a freshman for the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. 'Unthinkable': Brockton Stepfather Accused Of Shooting 14-Year-Old Stepson To Death
A stepfather is accused of killing his 14-year-old stepson and injuring his 39-year-old girlfriend in an overnight shooting in Brockton, according to officials. Justelino Resende, age 38, of Brockton was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Nehemiah Cepeda at 93 Tribou Street just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office reports. A Boston man is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to his role in a fatal shooting that took the life of a 32-year-old man from Quincy, the Norfolk County District Attorney's office reports. Authorities ID 38-Year-Old Man Found Dead In Neighboring Boston City Home
Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Everett earlier this week as 38-year-old Jarmahl Sutsen, of Lynn, the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office said. Sutsen was found inside his home on Central Avenue around 4:22 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, the office reports. No arrested have been made and the investigation is ongoing, the office reports.
