Indecent Assaults: Ex-Everett School Chief Pleads Guilty To More Charges: DA
The former Everett schools superintendent pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Feb. 15, to more charges that he indecently assaulted multiple female staffers during his nearly 30 years leading the school system, authorities said. Frederick Foresteire, 79, was convicted last week of indecent assault, and a judge sentenced him to 90 days in jail with the remainder of his two-year sentence being suspended, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said. Gloucester Drowning Victim Remembered As Young Man Who 'You Could Count On'
The 18-year-old victim of a recent drowning at a quarry on the North Shore was a recent high school graduate, incoming college freshman and athlete.
