A Haitian man, who was arrested by Boston police in connection with raping a disabled person, has been nabbed by Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston. The 31-year-old man arrived in Brownsville, Texas, in December 2022, but he didn’t have the proper documents to stay in the country, according to ERO Boston. Convicted Brazilian Rapist Caught Hiding In Malden
A Brazilian citizen, convicted and sentenced for rape in his native country, was caught hiding in Middlesex County, authorities said. He's been able to escape capture for more than four years. The 43-year-old was arrested in Malden on Tuesday, Dec. 5, according to the Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston. Authorities did not release the man's name. The Brazilian native, who entered the United States illegally in Hidalgo, Texas, in May 2018, was detained and put into removal proceedings by the US Border Patrol. A Haitian national who was unlawfully in the US is now in custody after breaking into an Essex County church and setting it on fire, officials announced.
