NJ Cops ID Pilot Killed In Small Plane Crash Authorities have identified the pilot killed in a small plane crash in Somerset County over the weekend. Pankaj Mohan, 61, of Lawrenceville, was operating a Cirrus SR22 that crashed in a wooded area of Franklin Township at approximately 10:35 a.m. Sunday, March 30, according to the FAA and Franklin Township Police Capt. Anna Mburu, a 7-year-old Lowell resident, went missing after being last seen on Sunday, July 9 between 2 and 3 p.m. in the area of East Merrimack Street in the Belvidere neighborhood in Lowell, according to the Lowell Police Department.  A body of a girl, preliminarily believed to be Anna, was found in the Merrimack River around noon on Monday using side-scan sonar.
