$1M Bail For Quincy Man Accused Of Violently Raping Children Nearly 20 Years Ago A 42-year-old Quincy man accused of violently raping two young girls and an two more adult women at knifepoint nearly 20 years ago pleaded not guilty in a Boston court Tuesday, Sept. 13.  Ivan Cheung is charged with four counts of aggravated rape, two counts of rape of a child with force, two charges of aggravated rape of a child with force, and two counts of statutory rape of a child, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. Popular Boston Dumpling Restaurant Closing After 15 Years A popular Asian restaurant in the heart of Boston's Chinatown district announced they are closing after 15 years of service.
