Heavy Work Makes The Sperm Work, Brigham & Women’s Study Says
Physically demanding jobs led to 46% higher sperm concentrations for the 377 participants of a new study from researchers at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. The study, published in the journal of Human Reproduction, asked participants, who were all male partners in couples seeking infertility treatment at a fertility center, to report information on the types and amount of physical labor they performed at their jobs from 2015 to 2019. An unknown individual shot two people and then evaded police capture, officials say. Two 911 calls reporting shots fired brought police to 8 Valentine Street in Roxbury at 1:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, the Boston Police Department confirmed to Daily Voice. A 29-year-old Boston man is facing several gun charges after he shot accidentally himself with a ghost gun but blamed it on his dad, authorities said. James Thelwell-Mullen of West Roxbury had a cache of weapons inside his home when police searched it earlier this week, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden said.
