A drunk Wakefield man is facing multiple charges after he got into a physical fight with Primark security, tried to steal something from the store, and then threatened to blow up the building when he lost, authorities said.
Williams Rodriguez-Juarez, 24, is charged with unarmed robbery, making a bomb or hijack threat, assault and battery on a police officer, strangulation or suffocation, trespassing, resisting arrest, and three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (shod foot), the Suffolk County District Attorney said. A video showing a short police chase and arrest in South Boston has gone viral after commenters were astonished by the number of patrol cars involved in the pursuit.
Kailyn Almeida, 23, of Bridgewater, and Christopher A. Meade, 30, of Malden, were arrested following the chase on Monday, Dec. 11, State Police said.
The chase began just after 10 p.m. when a trooper tried to pull over a white Acadia in Dorchester near the Neponset Avenue bridge.

Update: Kevin Rodriguez, 18, who is accused of a shooting at Worcester State University that killed one and injured another, will soon return to Massachusetts to face charges, authorities said Friday, Nov. 3.
Rodriguez was captured in New York on Thursday and signed a waiver of extradition, meaning he will not fight Bay State officials in bringing him back.

2 More Busted In Baby's Killing In Western Mass, Charged With Helping Shooter: DA
Two people in Hampden County have been arrested and charged with helping one of the men accused of shooting an innocent bystander and killing her baby in a Holyoke shooting earlier this month, authorities announced Tuesday, Oct. 17.
Jose Galarza, age 31, and Jay Marie Rosado-Rosario, age 29, both of Holyoke, are charged with accessory after the fact – murder, the Hampden County District Attorney said. Investigators said they helped Kermith Alvarez, the third suspect in the shooting, evade capture after the killing.
