James Troisi won the seven-figure prize playing the lottery's "$4,000,000 Money Bags," a $10 scratch-off game.
He opted to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.
Troisi doesn't know how he plans to spend the money, yet. His family is still getting over the shock of the big win.
He bought the ticket at a Richdale convenience store at 149 Walnut St. in Lynn. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
