Angela Hazen, of Berkley, won the payday playing the “Lifetime Millions" game, a $50 scratch-off ticket.

Hazen chose to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity, which would pay the entire $1 million over 20 years.

She said she plans to invest the money and use some to make repairs at her home.

Hazen bought the ticket at Berkley Farms Liquor, 539 Berkley St. in Berkley. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
