Doctor Charged With Raping Ex-Patients At Framingham Hospital
A doctor who's been accused of sexually assaulting more than 200 women and several men in a lawsuit is now charged with raping two patients at a medical center in Framingham, authorities announced. Dr. Derrick Todd was charged with raping two women who were his patients, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, Jan. 16. Mass General Medical Assistant Groped Patient During Unnecessary Physical Exam: DA
A 29-year-old medical assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital is accused of groping a patient during an exam that her doctor had not requested or approved, authorities said. Leonardo Hernandez, of Jamaica Plain, is charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. A judge ordered him to stay away from the hospital and the alleged victim as part of his release on personal recognizance.
