Police ID Driver Who Died After Crashing Car During Medical Event On I-95 A 57-year-old Massachusetts man was killed earlier this week when he was involved in a three-car crash on I-95 South in Foxboro, authorities said. William Martindale, 57, of Attleboro, was killed around 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, from a crash just before Exit 23B, Massachusetts State Police said. 1 Dead, 2 Injured After Car Crashes Into Meriden Bridge Abutment A 20-year-old Meriden man was killed early Friday after his car crashed head-on into a bridge abutment, authorities said. The fatal wreck happened around 1:43 a.m. on Feb. 14 when a northbound 2007 Honda Accord slammed into an Amtrak train bridge near South Colony Road and Powers Drive in Meriden, police said.
