Victoria A. Lussier, 56, of Woodstock, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 6, and charged with 13 counts of animal cruelty following the investigation by NECCOG Animal Control Services, who described her home as unfit for humans or animals. 24-Year-Old Accused Of Pointing Fake Assault Rifle At Drivers In Region A 24-year-old has been accused of displaying a firearm and pointing it at fellow motorists in Connecticut.The incident happened Friday night, Aug. 23, in Windham County. Connecticut State Police Troop D in Danielson received multiple 911 calls reporting a red-colored sedan that was being operated aggressively.
