Walmart Shutters Worcester Fulfillment Center, Nearly 100 Jobs Axed
Walmart closed a fulfillment center in Worcester on Monday, April 6, laying off 90 employees, according to a state filing.
The facility at 1 Tobias Boland Way is set to shut down permanently by May 29. The nearby Walmart Supercenter at 25 Tobias Boland Way will not be affected, officials said.
