Teens Flee After Crashing Stolen Worcester Car Off I-395 In CT; Police Dogs Track Them Down Two Massachusetts teenagers were arrested after a stolen car crashed off I-395 in Connecticut, and they ran into the woods, Connecticut State Police said. It happened on the northbound Exit 37 off-ramp in Killingly. Police say a car hit a guardrail, then slammed into a sign before sliding off the road and down an embankment.
