Truck Smashes Through Mass Church's Wall: Police

One person was rushed to the hospital after a pickup truck slammed into the side of a church in Bristol County on Sunday, Nov. 5, according to police.

Officers and firefighters responded to the crash at St. John Neumann Church in Freetown around 4 p.m., Freetown police said.

Photos from the scene show the truck embedded halfway through a church's wall.

Eversource and Freetown’s building inspector were also called to the scene.

Police are investigating the crash.
