Everett Woman's Death Caused By Medical Procedure Performed At Somerville House: DA
A 35-year-old Everett woman died last week after having a liposuction procedure conducted at a home in Somerville, authorities said. A second woman was hospitalized after having the same procedure there. Police were called to the 35-year-old's Bucknam Street home on Friday, May 10, to reports of a person in medical distress. Paramedics rushed her to CHA Everett, where she was pronounced dead, the Middlesex District Attorney said. The Norfolk County District Attorney's Office has identified the 42-year-old man who was hit and killed while walking alongside a highway on Tuesday, Jan. 16, in Wrentham. An 18-year-old who was charged in connection with a shooting that left three people with serious injures at a Pizza Hut in Lynn pleaded not guilty.
