Body Of Missing Man Pulled From Boston River Days After Search Began: Police
A days-long river search for a missing man ended on Wednesday, Aug. 30, when police found his body. The body, believed to be a 60-year-old man, was found in the Neponset River in the Boston neighborhood of Hyde Park around 1:10 p.m., according to the Massachusetts State Police. The search for the man, who police believed lived in a nearby homeless encampment, began on Monday. : Possible Infant Remains Found Outside Revere Apartment Identified
Local and state authorities are investigating after possible remains of an infant were found outside a Revere apartment building this week. Revere Police responded after a man found the remains outside a multi-unit building at 86 Dolphin Avenue around 6:23 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, Massachusetts State Police report. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner took custody of the possible remains and determined they belonged to a baby girl who was at or close to full-term, police said. Body Pulled From Charles River In Boston ID'd As Missing Cambridge Man: Police
The body of a 55-year-old man from Cambridge was removed from the Charles River, prompting a police investigation into its unknown circumstances. Police received a report of a dead body in the Charles River around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, according to the Massachusetts State Police. The State Police Marine Unit recovered the body, later identified as Tale Assalif, and brought it to shore near the Boston University Sailing Pavilion.
