The fire that killed an 80-year-old man in Revere on Monday, July 15, was likely sparked by a cigarette, investigators said. Firefighters were called to the 104 Patriot Parkway home at about 5:45 a.m. to find heavy smoke pouring out of the house. Local and state authorities are investigating after possible remains of an infant were found outside a Revere apartment building this week. Revere Police responded after a man found the remains outside a multi-unit building at 86 Dolphin Avenue around 6:23 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, Massachusetts State Police report.
