Barstool Sports President Dave Portnoy thought he was being tricked. Portnoy visited the Peel Pizza at 538 Adams St. for his "One Bite Pizza Review" YouTube show last week and couldn't believe he'd never been there. The restaurant is within walking distance of the original Milton office of Barstool Sports at 75 Adams Street, and it opened in 2013 when he and several others were plugging away at the original version of the sports and gambling website. If you're full up on turkey and looking for a good cheeseburger, make your way to Cape Cod, where Yelp says you can find the best one in the state. The review site put together the top cheeseburgers in every state in 2023, between January 1 and July 20, and The knack in Hyannis topped the list for the Bay State. The Cape Cod high-end fast-food restaurant opened in 2002 by brothers Van and Michael Haidas, who grew up working at Cooke’s in Hyannis. Their parents owned the seafood staple until it closed in 2021 after 43 years. View this post on Instagram …

The Best Italian Restaurant In Massachusetts Has Surprising Culinary Influences
Massachusetts has a vast array of highly-reviewed restaurants but one Italian restaurant reigns supreme, according to the Daily Meal. Scampo, located in Boston's Beacon Hill, was named the best restaurant for Italian food in Massachusetts by the Daily Meal, possibly because of its Mediterranean and middle-eastern influences that make its menu stand out.
