A 28-year-old North Andover woman has been charged with killing someone after crashing into a building while intoxicated and speeding off, authorities said.

Police noticed that a man was driving the wrong way on Technology Square in Cambridge shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, according to the Cambridge Police Department.
