) MBTA Bus Crashes With Car In Malden: Police
An MBTA bus crashed with a car near Main and Winter Streets in Malden on Thursday morning, Aug. 31, according to MBTA Transit Police Superintendent Richard Sullivan. Some social media users reported hearing helicopters near Oak Grove. No one was injured in the crash, authorities said. Police are investigating the cause of the wreck. This situation is developing. Here's How You Can Get Around Boston During The 30-Day Orange Line Shutdown
The MBTA released information for riders about navigating Boston in preparation of a historic 30-day shutdown of the Orange Line. The shutdown from Oak Grove to Forest Hills will begin at 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 19 and end on Monday, Sept. 19, as previously reported by Daily Voice. 'People Freaked': MBTA Train Fire Sends People Jumping For Safety Outside Boston
Some 200 commuters heading into Boston were met with panic Thursday morning as a fire broke out on their train while going over the Mystic River in Somerville.
