Woman Injured By Fallen Light Pole On Moakley Bridge In Boston
One woman was injured after a light pole fell and hit her on the Moakley Bridge in Boston, authorities said. First responders were called to the scene around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27, a Boston EMS spokesperson told Daily Voice. The woman was taken to a local hospital on advanced life support, the spokesperson said. A car crashed into a small pool of water after it careened off an on-ramp for Route 2 in Lexington on Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 23., authorities tweeted. A Newton home is in shambles after a 4-alarm fire ripped through the structure late at night.
