'Wouldn’t Wish This On Anyone': Family Of WSU Victim Speaks Out, Manhunt For Shooter Grows: DA The family of Randy Armando Melendez Jr., of Southbridge, who was gunned down following a fight at Worcester State University over the weekend, says he was a loving son and caring friend who had turned 19 just days before he was killed.   Melendez was one of two people shot at the university on Saturday, Oct. 28. The second person was rushed to an area hospital and underwent emergency surgery to save their life, the Worcester District Attorney said. Their name was not released.  Neither of the victims nor the suspect attended Worcester State University. It's unclear why they were on campus…
