Veteran Peabody Police Officer Suspended For Allegedly Breaking Into Lynn Home A 13-year veteran of the Peabody Police Department is suspended with pay after he was charged with breaking and entering into a home in Lynn, the Essex County District Attorney's Office said.  Officer James Festa is being held without bail after he was he was arrested by Lynn Police on 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10, the office reports.
