Police Bust Man Wanted For Murder In Quincy After Weeks On the Run: DA A man wanted in connection with the murder of a woman in Quincy last year was finally captured Thursday afternoon, Feb. 2, authorities announced.  Derek Miranda, 28, is one of seven people accused of killing Jordan Wiggins on Aug. 18, the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office said. Homicide: Authorities ID Man Fatally Shot At Quincy Apartment Complex Authorities have identified a man shot to death at a Quincy apartment complex as 32-year-old Jordan Wiggins.  Police responded to the area of 5 Crown Drive, which is part of Elevation Apartments, around 12:40 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, the office reports.  Upon arrival, officers found Wiggins suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of the stairwell leading from the complex's parking area to the homes.
