Police in Boston are asking for the public's help to find a missing 23-year-old woman.
Helen Medina, of Jamaica Plain, was last seen in Worcester on Tuesday, Oct. 17, according to the Boston Police Department.
A woman who claims to be Medina’s sister said in a Facebook post that she was discharged from a hospital in Worcester for behavioral medicine. She doesn't have a phone, ID, or means of transportation.

Lynn Career Criminal Hit With $250K Bail In Boston Break-In, Rape Trial: DA
A judge ordered a Lynn man who fled to Virginia for a month following an alleged October home invasion and sexual assault in Jamaica Plain held on a $250,000 bond, authorities said.
Washington Pearson, 55, of Lynn faces charges of attempted murder, home invasion, felony breaking and entering in the daytime, larceny from a building, assault with intent to rape, strangulation, and armed robbery, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. If Pearson makes bail, he will be confined to his home with a GPS monitor, the judge also ruled.

Man Wanted For Sexual Assault Apprehended, Being Held In Virginia, Police Say
A Massachusetts man was apprehended in Virginia in connection to an aggravated sexual assault and home invasion that happened over a month ago, authorities said.
Washington Pearson, age 55, of Boston, was arrested by members of the United States Marshals Service in Norfolk, VA on Tuesday, Nov. 29, Boston Police report.
Pearson was wanted for an incident that happened on the Arborway in Jamaica Plain on Oct. 24, police said. He had a warrant issued from West Roxbury District Court on several charges including attempted murder, assault to rape and breaking and entering.
