Severe Weather: Multiple Rounds Of Storms Will Bring Strong Winds, Flooding, Possible Tornadoes A frontal system bringing multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms with damaging wind gusts to the area will bring both a flash flood and severe weather threat, according to the National Weather Service. Storm activity will continue at times throughout the day on Monday, Aug. 7 into Tuesday, Aug. 8.
