Employee Tampered With Water Supply: Feds A former Stoughton Water Department employee was arrested on Thursday, March 7, and charged with tampering with the city's water supply, authorities announced.  Robert J. Bullock, 58, of Brockton, was indicted on two counts of making false statements and one count of tampering with a water system, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. 3 Men Facing Charges In Connection With Whitey Bulger's Beating Death Three men have been indicted in connection with the beating death of notorious Boston crime boss James "White" Bulger, the US Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of West Virginia reports.
