Massachusetts Man Charged With Fatally Pushing His Sister Down Steps On New Year’s Day: DA A Peabody man has been charged with fatally assaulting his sister on New Year’s Day, according to officials. Alban Dobra, 39, is charged with manslaughter stemming from an assault that happened shortly after 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 1, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. Peabody police responded to a medical emergency at a home on Esquire Drive in Peabody, where they found Mimosa Sawtelle, 54, with serious head trauma outside of the single-family home.
