Rockport Man Raped Disabled Child He Knew Repeatedly For 2 Years: Police
A 59-year-old Essex County man was arrested and charged this week with raping a child with intellectual disabilities multiple times, authorities said. Brian E. Tuck, of Rockport, is charged with aggravated statutory rape, indecent assault and battery on an intellectually disabled person, indecent assault and battery on a person under 14, rape of a child under 16 by force (three counts), and reckless endangerment of a child, Rockport police said.
