Bicyclist Seriously Hurt In Cambridge Car Crash: Police A bicyclist was seriously injured in Cambridge on Tuesday, Nov. 7, following a crash with a car, authorities said.  The 57-year-old Watertown woman was riding an electric bicycle along Gerry's Landing Road around 6 p.m. when they crashed with a 2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack, State Police said.  Paramedics rushed the woman to Beth Israel Hospital with serious injuries. 86-Year-Old Man Hit, Killed While Riding His Bike In Quincy ID'd Police in Quincy have identified the 86-year-old man who died after being hit while riding his bike on Friday, Sept. 8.  Li Dain Wu, of Quincy, was struck around 11:15 a.m. near 478 Southern Artery in the Roxie parking lot. Paramedics arrived and rushed him to South Shore Hospital, where doctors later pronounced him dead, Quincy police said.  The driver who hit him remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, Quincy police said.  It's unclear what led up to the crash or what caused it, but it remains under investigation.  The Norfolk District Attorney's Off…

Bicyclist Killed In Crash With UPS Truck In Newton A 57-year-old Middlesex County man was killed on Monday evening, Aug. 28, after his bicycle was involved in a crash with a UPS truck, authorities said.  The wreck happened just before 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Watertown and Bridge Streets in Newton, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said.  The initial investigation shows that the cyclist was riding west on Watertown, and the UPS truck was driving in the opposite direction.
