Boston’s Ayo Edebiri Wins 1st Golden Globe Award
Ayo Edebiri and the cast of “The Bear” took home several awards during the 81st Golden Globes, and the Boston native wasn’t about to let a reporter ruin their night by pulling out a half-naked Calvin Klein ad of her co-star. The FX series won for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy, while Jeremy Allen White took home the Best Actor award and Ayo Edebiri snagged her Best Actress award in the same category on Sunday, Jan. 7.
