Shuangshuang Luo, 56, was arrested following a Suffolk County Police sting at the Twins Twins Spa on Montauk Highway in East Patchogue on Monday, Jan. 27. Luo, of Ronkonkoma, was charged with prostitution and promoting prostitution, and was issued a desk appearance ticket.
