Here's Timing For Complex Storm Bringing Strong Wind Gusts, Rain, Sleet, Areas Of Snow
A complex storm that will last for parts of three days will bring a mix of rain and sleet, with snow in some spots, along with windy conditions.
The time frame for the system is from late Wednesday night, Nov. 20, through Friday, Nov. 22.
It will bring the first soaking rain to much of the Northeast since late September. There will also be areas of snow in some spots farthest inland on the back end of the system, especially in western New York.

The most intense rainfall from Debby, which made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane over Florida's Big Bend, is still to come, and the storm is now expected to affect the Northeast later this week.
Landfall was around 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5 about 70 miles southeast of Tallahassee, the National Hurricane Center said.
It was downgraded to a tropical storm shortly thereafter as it hit Florida's Gulf Coast with flooding rain, damaging winds, and storm surge.
