Off-Duty Nurse Helps Lifeguards Save Man At Good Harbor Beach A 77-year-old man is alive today thanks to the heroic actions of local lifeguards, an off-duty nurse, and bystanders who jumped into action at Good Harbor Beach. Shortly after noon on Tuesday, June 24, lifeguards Missy Lohnes and John Dalone pulled the unresponsive man from the water. They were joined by an off-duty nurse, who helped begin CPR right there on the sand. Together, they also used a defibrillator and delivered one life-saving shock before emergency crews arrived. Alexander Aiello, 34, of Gloucester, has been charged with one count of receipt of child pornography, according to the US Attorney for Massachusetts. Federal officials say he was identified as a registered user of a website that shared illegal content involving children.
