The man charged with attacking him is now facing a murder charge. Authorities said 26-year-old Snehal Srivastava fatally shot 56-year-old Kevin Doherty during an encounter at Jordan Pond on Aug. 28. Joell C. Williams, 35, was arrested Friday in Mattapan after an intense manhunt and ordered held without bail Tuesday, Feb. 4, the Norfolk District Attorney's Office said.
