A $15 million lottery jackpot was claimed on Thursday, June 13, in one of the biggest lottery wins in Massachusetts in recent memory. The winner collected the prize playing the $30 scratch-off ticket "'300X." LJS Trust of Quincy claimed the ticket on behalf of the winner.
