Twelve people were left homeless in the blaze, and investigators are now asking the public for help in finding who’s responsible. Ceppetelli chose to take the lump-sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.  She bought the ticket at Xtra Mart, 465 East Main St. in Southbridge. The store will get a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
