Food Sold At Big Y Linked To Nationwide Salmonella Outbreak, FDA Says Big Y Foods has recalled several types of sandwiches and wraps at more than two dozen stores as part of a nationwide salmonella outbreak linked to cucumbers. The recall covers any small or large sub, 30-inch Super Sub, wrap, or panini made fresh at the deli counter, the Food and Drug Administration said. The sandwiches weren't prepackaged and were made on Tuesday, May 20, and Wednesday, May 21.
