Police ID CT Driver Killed In Wrong-Way Crash After Fleeing Millbury Traffic Stop Authorities have identified the Connecticut driver who was killed after fleeing a Massachusetts traffic stop and driving the wrong way before crashing head-on into another vehicle. Jeffrey Bowman, 27, of Southington, died in the crash early Saturday morning, June 20, in Millbury, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said. Troopers attempted to stop Bowman's vehicle on Interstate 90 westbound at about 12:43 a.m., Massachusetts State Police said. But Bowman drove away after a trooper approached his car. Colton Paszkowski, a former Millbury firefighter, was found guilty earlier this month on six counts of child rape following a two-day trial.
