‘Call Me Daddy' Creepy Church Leader, Coach Who Raped Kidnapped Girl In Mexico Found Dead Kevin Esterly — the Pennsylvania man who fled to Mexico with a teenage girl in 2018 and was later convicted of repeatedly raping her as a child — died by suicide while incarcerated at Lehigh County Jail, authorities announced on Monday, June 22. Esterly, 53, was pronounced dead at 2:16 a.m. in the emergency department at St. Luke's Hospital-Allentown Campus after being found unresponsive in his single cell at the jail, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Western Mass Man ID'd As Victim In Fatal Alleged Drunk-Driving Crash Police have identified a 59-year-old Hampden County man as the victim in an alleged drunk driving crash last week.  James Menard, of Chicopee, was killed on Thursday, July 25, after another driver crashed into his car along Memorial Drive in Chicopee, pinning him inside, the Hampden District Attorney's Office said. A passenger in Menard's car suffered minor injuries in the crash.
